All About Personal Subscriptions

3/8/2022

In today's world there are so many different ways businesses try to serve their clients.
I realized that people enjoy our services in different ways.
They need us weekly and monthly or sometimes even daily.
They want to pay us with cash, credit and other digital methods.
Our subscription programs offer our clients an alternate way to use our services.
This alternative is offered at a lower rate because regular clients are awesome.
Rollin gets to know what they need and what they like.
We can then make sure to meet their needs each and every time with ease.
Below are the common questions we get about personal subscriptions.
Please feel free to leave a question you may have below in the comments.

What is a personal subscription?
A way to reserve and pay for services with Rollin on a monthly basis.

Who can use personal subscriptions?
Individual clients in one of our local service areas. You must be at least 18 years old.

How much does a personal subscription cost?
$29.99 plus tax for 5 local errands in a month-long period.
If you use up all 5 errands, any additional errands will be $4 each.

How do I order service with a subscription?
You order your typical way. Call, order online, text or hit the chat button. If you have a shopping list or more complicated errand it is better to text or order online.

Are purchases included?
I bet you are thinking that I am crazy for including this question. But there have been occasions that people have tried to order shopping or food and think that some kind of way the purchase was included on us. So, NO! Any items you order are not included in the price.

Can I pay for my subscription with cash?
Not at this time.

What retailers and other stores can I ask you to go to with a subscription?
We go to the places you like. That includes any stores, restaurants, friends, fundraisers, government agencies and more.

Can I schedule service in advance at the same time as needed?
Yes, you can. When you hold the time, it will be applied to your subscription. You can cancel as least an hour in advance to avoid the errands going toward your subscription or a $4 fee.

Do mileage and time rates still apply?
Yes. Our typical rates for overage still apply. We will always let you know in advance if you request a errand or delivery that exceeds the regular service rates. Each errand includes 8 miles and around 30 minutes as usual.

How will I know if I use up all of my errands?
Rollin will let you know when you order an errand that you are on your $4 errands at that time.

How will I know when to renew my subscription?
When you pay for your subscription our payment system will keep that date. When it is time for you to renew the system will send you a charge reminder on the exact date you ordered your first subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
We are not able to refund partial days, but you can cancel at any time.
