Sometimes there comes a time in the life of your business when you have to admit it just isn't working.
Then you have to look at what is not working and see how you want to approach the situation.
Here is the situation with Rollin right now as we speak.
I have not been able to grow my business in other areas like I want to because the way I have approached it isn't working.
I had this idea in my mind of how I wanted to grow and how I would do each step but, to be quite honest I am having a hard time hiring people to meet step one.
I think with so many gig jobs out there it is hard to compete for delivery drivers.
Man, that was hard to admit.
But I am resourceful.
As hard as it is I am brainstorming ways to grow Rollin.
One idea I am fiddling with is allowing people to start offering services in their area under the Rollin name with a program similar to franchising.
This way I can get people into their own business with all the support and knowledge I have already gained in this type of business.
There are a lot of rules and regulations that I have to research in that area.
I just know if I do it that way I will never let any one area be overrun with owners all splitting the profit to many ways to make any money.
So I have a long way to go yet.
I hope it works out.
