 As I worked all this month I have observed the thoughts and concerns of the caregivers Rollin serves.
Not only did I listen, but I have learned. Now I see how caregivers, great caregivers cope with the holidays in sometimes imperfect circumstances.
Do you ever sit back and think how different your life was just a couple of days ago.
How in the blink of an eye everything can change. This Christmas celebrate how things where, how things are and the adventure that awaits. Don't try and make things perfect. Just let the world be its unpredictable self. And, enjoy the ride. Karen aka "The Delivery Diva"  Where is your office Christmas party food coming from this year?
Is it a pot luck? Will it be catered? Maybe a little of both. What if each person got to order and eat what they wanted from a specific restaurant? Wouldn't that be nice! How much times does it take to place an order on an online portal? How much times does it take to call in an order? Which way is easier to you? Which one do you think is easier for Rollin?   If you have ever had blood drawn and you don't like it, the tubes in the picture my bring up some bad memories.
Have you ever wondered where those tubes go after they are all full of your blood? Would you be surprised to know that sometimes your blood goes on quite a journey. 
Let's talk about Christmas!
The giving the buying, The fun, family and events. The birth of Jesus Christ! How can you not love Christmas? If you forget the real meaning it can be very easy to not love Christmas. When the buying becomes the focus, Christmas can become stressful. Make sure you keep the meaning of Christmas centered around Love, Family and Giving. Try some of these suggestions. 
I know that most people love giving.
I know that they love seeing the joy on the faces of the people they give to. I also know that giving a great gift can be hard sometime. Below are 4 simple and common sense reasons why an errand is one of the best gifts you can give. And age does not matter! 
Rollin sometimes receives calls late at night.
The messages usually say they want something from Walmart or Waffle House. Often they've ran out of cigarettes'. They call from home and sometimes they are 3rd shifters who don't want to or can't go out. I hate to miss the calls But, we close at 7pm. At least for right now we do. Do you have any guesses why we close at 7pm?  What should we as small business owners be putting in writing?
We should be putting everything in writing. Everything like what? Every action taken in your business should be put down in writing. Everything that you do and that your employee's do should be put in writing. There should be a written process for every action in your business. Why?
Rollin sees caregivers of all kinds everyday.
For some care giving is their job. Some are caregivers of their small children or aging parents. They may also work outside of the home. Rollin is super happy to help them run errands and take back some time in their day. But here are some other tips to help with the fatigue both mental and physical, that can come along with the loving rewards of taking care of others.
