Blogmas Day 11: Companies that care give employee's catering they want.

Where is your office Christmas party food coming from this year?
Is it a pot luck?
Will it be catered?
Maybe a little of both.
What if each person got to order and eat what they wanted from a specific restaurant?
Wouldn't that be nice!
Picture
If your party is at a restaurant than everyone will probably order and get what they want.
But if the party is at another location everybody will probably eat the same thing.
But another option is picking a restaurant and then letting everyone pick out exactly what they want to eat in advance.
Pass around a list or email including the menu of the restaurant you choose.
Let everyone choose what they want to order and put it on the list.
To keep prices in a good range, make sure to limit the total amount that can be spent on each meal.
Get the list to the restaurant as much in advance as you can.
Let Rollin know when to pick up your orders and deliver them to you.
You could take it a step further and pick 2 restaurants to give everyone more options.

Try this idea for your next meeting or party.
