Exactly how many different ways do clients get in contact with Rollin?
They call. They text. They chat. They email. They use social media. They book online. The reason is the variety of clients that we serve and the way we serve them. Sometimes they need things done immediately and they want to contact us the easiest way for them. Often times, good old technology acts a fool and they have to choose another method to book us. Our favorite method is online booking on our site, because all the vital information gets answer during the process. Our least favorite method is social media. Sometimes social media platforms do not send notifications. There is also a ton of spam contacts on social media. Having so many forms of contact is not stressful. What is stressful is missing an important point of contact for our clients. Rollin serves business clients in to name a few places California, New Jersey, Maryland, South Carolina, and many parts of North Carolina. We get work done for them in the local areas we serve.
