Before that we had delivered for another caterer on the Holidays when she did special side dishes for people and desserts. It made me think about which one usually taste the best when delivered, food from a restaurant or food from a caterer?
This Summer Rollin delivered some meals for local caterers. They were individual plates that the caterer fixed and sold.
Maybe they taste about the same. Maybe it greatly depends on the which restaurant and which caterer. I know that some places pack food better than others. They think about how it will travel and be contained with out spilling everywhere.
