![]() Sometimes you just want a burger and fries. When you think of fast food, or at least when I do, I think burger and fries. Since our option for restaurant delivery is actually called catering delivery, people who aren't our regular clients think we don't deliver fast food. By the way, if you want to know why we call it catering delivery... Read the blog catering-take-out-vs-restaurant-take-out.html and it explains the why. So beyond burgers and fries Rollin considers fast food to be places that have a drive thru that you do not typically call in your order to in advance. Now some, and maybe most of the larger fast food places have an app you can order with. That doesn't affect if we deliver from them or not. How to order... 1 - When you want fast food you can send us your order. If we need more clarity around what you ordered we will call you up, text you or shot you an email. All 3 if we need to. 2 - You can order your food on the fast food app and we can pick it up. Make sure you put your order under your name, not Rollin or the drivers name. It makes it a lot easier at pick up. How to pay 1 - Rollin will send you an email invoice when we get the total of your food. 2 - You can pay the invoice as soon as it arrives to prevent any delays in delivery. 3 - We will purchase on your behalf up to $35. Rollin only accepts cash payments from returning regular clients. Some other features we offer. 1 - Order food from on than one restaurant. The second errand will be 25% off as long as it is within 8 miles around trip. 2 - We will deliver large orders that have already been paid for at no additional cost. As long as items are prepackaged and fit in a mid size car. 3 - If you have lunch delivered and then want to have dinner delivered to the same address later, the 25% off still exist when you order in the same day to the same address. The great part about ordering when we arrive is that we can put your hot food right into our coolers to bring to you. The bad part about ordering when we arrive is that is may be a long line at the restaurant. So it is super important for clients to order their errand in enough time to get their food at the time they need it. Now You Know!
