This post is not about rating how much I like each of my clients but about the clients who know how to get the most out of my service. They plan out when and how they will have things delivered to get the best value. I started Rollin to serve people on an as needed bases but my best clients use the service on a regular bases daily or weekly. When they order they include any other errands at the same time to get the most out of the trip. They make sure to include stops at places that are in the same delivery areas so no mileage fees are added on. I love hearing from them daily and sharing whatever is going on in our lives.
My best clients have become my friends and my biggest source of referrals. They give me feed back so I know how to improve my business. They share any likes and dislikes and I always make sure they are comfortable letting me know what worked and what did not. I enjoy all of my clients but I do admire the smarts of my best clients. They value time and independence and really know how to get the value out of Rollin.
