1- They know exactly who is coming to their home. We are a small company and all of our drivers are employees not independent contractors. That means we hire people to stay around and that our clients get to know them. Some times clients will request certain people because they have a certain repour with them. 2- A client may need an additional errand (or two) performed before or after grocery pick up. Sometimes grocery delivery day is the day to get lots of things done. Clients can have their prescriptions refilled or packages shipped. Sometimes clients even order something from a restaurant that we pick up along the way. 3- Some clients like shopping at more than one store. I don't know about you but I shop for different things at a variety of stores. I like coffee at one place and deli meat from another place. When clients do this they say it is so much easier to just order and have us pick up all the orders when the last one is ready. We also take 25% off of all additional stops or errands done at once.
