Prescription delivery has to continue, even during Covid 19. Rollin is committed to keeping our clients safe and keeping their prescriptions up to date. Taking your medication on time as prescribed is so very important.
We are still making sure our clients and the pharmacy clients we serve get their medicine. There have been some changes to the way we serve prescription delivery clients. These changes serve to keep our clients safe. When clients order prescription delivery, they let us know how they want it delivered. Often they just want the errand associate to leave the prescription at the door. In many cases, clients have a video doorbell and that really aides in delivery. Other times clients want to sign for their delivery and insure everything is correct. In that case an errand associate rings the bell but stays outside of the home. The associate wears a mask as they greet each client. Associates sanitize their hands before and after every delivery. Each client that signs for a prescription delivery uses a clean and sanitized pen. When clients are on Covid precautions, associates leave their prescriptions in an easily accessible place. We knock on the door or give clients a call to let them know their prescription has been dropped off. These are the precautions we are taking currently. If anyone that works with Rollin is exposed to the virus, or displays symptoms, we under go testing. This is Rollins way of doing our part to keep clients as safe as possible, while still providing much needed prescription delivery. It is our hope that very soon all of this will pass and we will can get back to seeing everyone up close and personal. Until then, let's stay safe and cautious.
