The Back Up plan when Facebook advertising isn't Working.

8/13/2016

Have you shank a little money or a lot of money into Facebook ads and not seen the success other business's say they are having?
You probably have researched and tried all of the things so called experts have suggested like engaging pictures and catchy headlines, even huge discounts. But some kind of way the money did not roll in. You may have even gotten lots of likes but they did not result in money. You may have run a contest and signed up a lot of people to your mailing list and they still have not placed an order yet.
I am not sure exactly why some people strike pay gold with Facebook ads so quickly but I have not personally had that experience.

But, what I realized is that for my business, Facebook is an awesome awareness tool. The people who see one of my post or a shared post find out about my business and they think of me later when they need a delivery or errand service.

My post let them know more about my business and helps them feel like they know me a little more, making them feel more comfortable to use the service.

Recently I have started checking in at locations and that seems to bring about as many eyes to my post as purchasing ads. The post to the right had a check in at Rowan Salisbury Schools. Facebook changes all the time so I do not know how long that will last but for now it works pretty good.
The back up plan is to not invest to much time or money into any one type/place of advertising. Spread you time and money around online and off. You should definitely have a page because it helps with awareness when people search you online. Just remember to use it to show who you are and how your company runs. Because more likes does not necessarily mean more money, be true to who you are and your brand.
