There is a difference and it helps our clients get more done.
Rollin a delivery company that offers more than the typical company.
We do this because some of our clients have extra task they need to have done with their errands.
Because Rollin is a small local company we can serve clients in a more personal and specialized way.
There are no big bosses(aka shareholders) to clear it with when clients ask for special services that are not typically offered by a delivery company.
That is really where the errand part comes in.
For example: We will pick up your shopping after you deliver it or we can pick up a short list for you. We can even do both! Let's say you order your grocery for pick up but forget to add something to the list. You can call and see if we can go in and pick it up for you.
Another example: You are not feeling well and want some homemade soup. You don't want soup from a restaurant but from a friend who is making it for you. You can book Rollin to pick it up for you from you friend.
Yet another example: You own a business and have decided to let an employee go. You need their office items returned to them because they will not be returning to the place of business. They also have items that need to be returned to your business. Rollin will do the pick up and returns for your business.
All clients have to do is inquire and we will quote them a price and time for their request.
Now there are some things we don't do!
For one example we do not transport living things.
That includes animals' aka pets.
We love seeing them at our client's houses but, we just aren't able to give them a ride to appointments.
Not at this time at least.
Some of our client's pets are just sweetie pies.
That's how Rollin differs from many delivery companies.
It's an adventure every day because people think of so many ways to use our services.
