Do I need to remember a password to book online?
All we need is your name and email address each time you book. No special password is required. If you would like to communicate through text you should also provide your cell phone number. *NEW-NEW-NEW* Rollin can now send you a payment link via a text message. Click the link to pay online.
What do the gray areas on the calendar mean?
The yellow boxes show exactly when we are completely booked up and all associates are busy. Click the green box to see the busy times..
Can I pay with cash?
Yes, you can pay your delivery and errand fees in cash. We do not make change.
No, you cannot pay for any purchases we make in cash. You must pay the retailer or have Rollin invoice you for the totals in advance. You can also purchase an e-gift card to be used for your purchases.

How far in advance do I need to order?
We ask that you give us at least 20 minutes of advance time. That gives us time to make any possible clarification checks with you as well as assuring we have adequate time to serve you.
How do I pay?
Purchases - Please pay the retailer for your purchases in advance or use a Rollin e-gift card. If you know the general total of your purchases Rollin can invoice you by email in advance of making your purchases. You can also save your card information on file with us for future transactions. This does require a debit or credit card.
Errand and delivery fees that do not require any purchases can be paid by cash or with a credit card at delivery. We do not carry change.
