We accept orders from people 18 years of age and up.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit cards -Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and debit cards. We accept cash for delivery fees and prepayment. We do not make change. You can also save your card information on file with us for future purchases.

We do not provide transportation services at this time.
Do you charge for mileage?
If your errand exceeds the normal allotted miles or if the errand is outside of our local delivery area we will charge additional mileage. Persona clients pay $1 per mile over and business clients pay $1.10 over.
What is a purchasing fee?
When Rollin performs an errand for you and buys items on your behalf your reimburse will include an additional fee of 3.9% per purchase. You can avoid this fee by prepaying the retailer for your items when possible.
How do I pay for my purchases?
If Rollin needs to make purchases on your behalf you must have a credit card on file or you will need to know the total of your purchases to be invoiced in advance.
Can I call to book an appointment?
Yes - Call our mobile number at 704-433-6272. You can also text after your first order. During busy times you may need to leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
how do i book online?

How far in advance should i make my appointment?
You should schedule at least 30 minutes in advance.
I was not able to select the time i needed on the booking page.
The ordering software shows only the times someone is available to provide service. If we are closed or there are no associates available at that time because everyone is booked you will not be able to book that time.
do i need an email address to book service?
You need and email address to book with the online system and to be invoiced for payment for purchases or if you will not be available at delivery.
I forgot my login information.
There is a “forgot password/login” button on the booking page. You can press it and it will lead you through the recovery process.
what if my purchases are incorrect?
When Rollin makes your purchases from a list we will make sure to correct our error. When you have made purchases from a retailer and Rollin is picking up on your behalf you will have to resolve the issue with the retailer.
Will you come to my home if i have lose pets?
Rollin wants to satisfy every client, but, if the driver perceives any danger they will not complete the delivery. If you have animals that can reach the driver at delivery, you may have to come to the car to get your items. We want to keep the driver and your animals safe.
I need errands performed at multiple locations. will there be an additional cost?
