<>How old do I need to be to order? We accept orders from people 18 years of age and up.
<>Do you accept checks? No. We accept cash and credit only. We DO NOT make change for safety and efficiency reasons.
<>What is local service area? Local means the 6 - 8 mile radius around your delivery location. See the areas we currently serve and suggest your area to be added :
<>What if I need a local delivery that is over the alloted miles round trip? An additional fee of $1 to $1.10 per mile will apply according to the type of service. Rollin will always let you know about the additional charges before preforming you service.
<>Can I ride with you? Not at this time.
<>What if my order is incorrect? Rollin will strive to correct any problem until the customer is made whole. We guarantee our work and will not take on a job we are not equipped to perform for you.
<>How far in advance can I book an errand? Book up to 1 month in advance.
<>I have pets. Will you still deliver to my home? Rollin wants to satisfy every client, but, if the driver perceives any danger they will not complete the delivery. If you have animals that can reach the driver at delivery, you may have to come to the car to get your items. We want to keep the driver and your animals safe.
<>What is the purchasing fee? When Rollin performs an errand for you and buys items for you at a retailer and you reimburse us for the purchase you will be charged an additional fee of .75 per purchase. You can avoid this fee by prepaying the retailer for your items when possible.
<>Why was my time not available on the ordering page? The ordering software shows only the times someone is available to provide service. If we are closed or there are no associates available at that time because everyone is booked you will not be able to book that time.
<>I need errands performed at 5 different locations. Will that cost extra even if they are close to each other? The price we charge for errands does not only take into consideration how many stops we make but also the time it takes to perform each task. Additional locations cost $4, plus any additional time it takes to perform the errand and the mileage over the allowed totals.
<> How do I pay for my purchases? We will pay for your items up to $25. If the estimated cost will exceed that amount we can do one of the following options. 1) Come to your home and pick up money or a card. 2) You can purchase a giftcard and have any excess amount available for future errands. 3) Invoice you by email in advance of making purchases.
Additional fees - No additional fees will be charged without the clients being made aware of the situation.
- 2.75% purchase fee applied when Rollin buys items on your behalf
- $1.00 additional per mile exceeding 6 miles
- $.34 per minute Wait time over an allotted 15 minute typical wait
- Amount equal to the delivery fee- Late termination fee for deliveries canceled less than 1 hour in advance or deliveries in progress before cancellation.
- $25.00 for insufficient funds/Inability to pay
- 15% added late fee for invoices not paid within 5 days of due date. Every 5 days late invoices will incur an additional 15% late fee until made current.
- Work may be discontinued with repeat non-payment and late payment.
<>How do I schedule a regular service to be performed daily, weekly or monthly? Our current booking system is not able to accept recurring bookings from clients. We ask that you contact us directly by calling or using the chat widget. We will then schedule the service for you.
<>Does my company need to sign a exclusive contract with Rollin? No. We are sure that once you use our service you will continue to do so. No long drawn out contract is necessary on our end. No contracts period.
