So how exactly did doing those things help my business? It can be so hard to really see your business until you can back away, take a break and think. I realized that I needed a storm! I needed something to make me take a moment to stop. And although you may think that it will hurt my bank account because I was not making any money. I know that the ideas and rejuvenation I experienced will make pay off in the long run. As crazy as it sounds, my life needed a little shaking up.
Here is what I learned I need to do so I don't have to wait on the storm. 1) Make more time to do the things I enjoy. I enjoy my business so much that sometimes I forget a whole world is going on without me. From now on I will plan time to pursue my other passions. 2) I need regular vacations or staycations. I am not the biggest traveler. I can be perfectly happy hanging out at my home with no obligations. From now on I will take frequent wellness breaks. Some big and some small but always fun and all about relaxing. What did you do during the storm? Does your life need a little shaking up? Prayers to all that the storm may have harmed in any way. Be blessed. Karen "The Delivery Diva" Comments are closed.
