How old do I need to be to order?
We accept orders from people 18 years of age and up.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit cards -Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and debit cards. We accept cash for errand/delivery fees. We do not make change. You can also pay with a Rollin e-gift card. You can also save your card information on file with us for future transactions.

Can I ride with you?
We do not provide transportation services at this time.
Do you charge for mileage?
If your errand exceeds the normal allotted miles or if the errand is outside of our local delivery area, we will charge additional mileage of 1.25 per mile.
What is a purchasing fee?
When Rollin performs an errand for you and buys items on your behalf an additional fee of 3.9% per purchase is added. You can avoid this fee by prepaying the retailer for your items when possible.
How do I pay for my purchases?
If Rollin needs to make purchases on your behalf, you must have a gift card or a credit card on file with Rollin.
Do you purchase alcohol and tobacco?
Yes. Frist you must provide a picture id by text or email. Alcohol and tobacco must be paid for before we purchase it for you. Please purchase an e-gift card, send money by cashapp ($Rollin4u) or request the amount by invoice before your errand begins. When the alcohol or tobacco is delivered the same person who sent the id and ordered must be the person who accepts the delivery. No exceptions.
How do I book online?
Click the booking button to order online here on www.RollinDelivery.com/book-now. The form will get the information we need to perform your errand.
How far in advance should i make my appointment?
You should schedule at least 30 minutes in advance.
I was not able to select the time I needed on the booking page.
The ordering software shows only the times someone is available to provide service. If we are closed or there are no associates available at that time because everyone is booked you will not be able to book that time.
Do I need an email address to book service?
Yes and no! - You need an email address to book with the online system and to be invoiced for payment for purchases or if you will not be available at delivery. If you call in your errand AND you have already paid for any purchases with the retailer, an email address is not required.
Do you work with business clients?
Yes - Rollin delivers for and to business clients. We can deliver to your clients or you on an as needed and scheduled basis. To become a business partner with Rollin and qualify for lower delivery and errand rates, get started by filling out our online profile.
What if my purchases are incorrect?
When Rollin makes your purchases from a list we will make sure to correct our error. When you have made purchases from a retailer and Rollin is picking up on your behalf you will have to resolve the issue with the retailer.
Will you come to my home if i have pets?
Rollin wants to satisfy every client, but, if the driver perceives any danger they will not complete the delivery. If you have animals that can reach the driver at delivery, you may have to come to the car to get your items. We want to keep the driver and your animals safe.
I need errands performed at multiple locations. will there be an additional cost?
A 25% discount is applied to additional errands booked at the same time. All other pricing stipulations still apply. Pricing is determined by location, number of errands and the time they take to complete. You can see the time included on our services page. To receive discounts, join our mailing list.
What is a local service (area)?
Local service areas have associates that can perform as needed services that can be performed within 20 minutes of booking in an open slot. In other words we have associates in the area or very nearby to service clients.

Unlike employees, independent contractors do not work regularly for an employer but work as required, when they may be subject to law of agency. Who pays the people on Rollin's Independent Contractors list?
Each person who list their services on the site are responsible for collecting payment in the way that they have specified on their description from the clients who contact and hire them.
Will Rollin still provide deliveries and errands?
As the owner I will continue to service a limited number of established clients and refer the remaining clients to contractors.
How will clients book my service?
You decide. Email, telephone, social media or for an additional fee you can add a booking form on this site.
Will Rollin file my taxes?
As your own boss you will have to handle your own taxes. Rollin will provide the amount of subscription fees you have paid us during the tax year.
Do I have to work a certain number of hours or certain days?
As your own boss you get to choose your own hours. Do a little research and find out what the best times are in your area.
Why do I need an email address?
Rollin will bill you and do most communication by email. It is also a good way to communicate with some clients.
What does the monthly fee pay for?
The fee is the amount needed to set up you're listing on the site. The $25 a month keeps your listing on the site. People who come to the site may be exposed to your listing if they are looking for providers in your area.
How can I get more errand and delivery clients?
It takes some trial and error to get going. Try these suggestions. Test your available hours. Adjust the cost of errands. Increase credibility points with referrals and criminal records check on file. Tell people everywhere you go by word of mouth, fliers. Host a contest and tell everyone. Talk about your service on social media. These are just a few suggestions.
Why should I sign up with Rollin?
With Rollin you are truly the boss, and you truly call the shots. You control your rates, times, marketing and the people you decide to serve. Of course, Rollin will continue to tell everyone to pick a contractor off of our list and offer fun ways to keep people excited about coming to the page.
If I take my listing down and decide I want to reinstate it will there be an additional fee?
You will have to completely reinstate your listing after 10 days. We will not keep the information. That includes all the fees.

What % of each errand/delivery does Rollin take?
We will not keep up with the number of services you provide. We do not take any part of the money you receive from errands and deliveries. You are just paying to be listed on the site. In other words,... 0%. Your monthly fee goes toward keeping your listing up on the site.
